ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Nathan Wilson is the Founder of Bleecker Legal and recruiting practice lead. Originally from Northern Ireland, Nathan started his legal recruiting career in London in 2017 before moving to New York in 2019, to build and scale high-performing legal teams, personally partnering with over 100 law firms, in-house clients, and VC firms.
Recognizing a gap in the market for a partnership-driven approach, Nathan launched Bleecker Legal with a specialized focus on supporting the modern-day lawyer with navigating the job market.
Before founding Bleecker Legal, he held a leadership role at LHi Group, where he started and led the Legal practice from establishing a desk in the US & Europe. With close to a decade of experience in Executive Legal Search across the US and Europe, he has successfully placed legal talent across all types of industries from emerging companies to Fortune 500, and from boutique to AM 10 Law Firms. Known for his personable, partnership-driven approach, he consistently delivers strategic solutions that exceed client expectations.
